> Be a part of something never before done in the Capital Region. This summer, Capital Repertory Theatre will have its inaugural Summer Stage Young Acting Company. Featuring five 10-minute plays, written BY teens, FOR teens, and STARRING teens, this summer at theREP is something not to be missed!
> 
> With a company of 20 actors, this summer intensive will help industry hopefuls learn what it takes to produce a play from the page to the stage. Have a professional credit to put on your resume- something you can’t get anywhere else so close to home- and have a great time doing it. Company members will receive daily classes in acting, speech for the stage, character development, and stage movement.
> 
> Have your acting and performance talents guided by professional directors and star in a show on the premier stage of the Capital Region.  All company members are guaranteed at least 2 speaking roles from the 5 winning selections of theREP’s new Young Playwright Contest.
> 
> Company members who choose to, will be given a special opportunity to have a private audition with Maggie Mancinelli-Cahill for theREP’s 2014 production of A Christmas Story.
> 
> AUDITIONS: March 2 4pm-8pm
