[Capdist-auditions] The Happy Elf Auditions Ages 6-15 (Fee Required)

  LightsUp Productions will be holding auditions for Harry Connick Jr.'s TheHappy Elf on Sunday, October 11thfrom 1:00pm to 4:00pm at The Lansingburgh Boys and Girls Club, 5014thAvenue, Troy, NY 12182. Performers ages 6 to 15 are encouraged toaudition. Callbacks, if necessary will be held from 6:00 to 7:00that same day. Sign in will begin at promptly 12:30pm. Pleaseprepare 16 measures of any Broadway musical, and provide CDaccompaniment. Rehearsals to begin on Wednesday, October 14 andcontinue every Wednesday until the production (5:30 to 8:30). Thetuition for this production is $100 per participant. Tuition is dueimmediately upon acceptance of role, a $25 Script Deposit is due uponcasting, this will be held as a deposit on your script until it isreturned erased at the end of the rehearsal process. Eubie: The Happy Elf, a "Trainee" in the Toy Department. Eubie isall smiles and songs. That, and his lack of self-control, is whataggravates Norbert the most and his kept him a trainee for 10 years.Male, Range: C3 - G4 
Molly: The mean-girl, diva daughter of the Mayor of Bluesville. Female,playing 12 year old Range: D4 - C5 
Hamm: Sleigh Mechanic, best friends with Eubie and Gilda. Male, Range: C3- G4 
Gilda: A Reindeer Veterinarian obsessed with cleanliness, allergic toeverything, and has a "crush" on Eubie. Female, Range: C4 -G5 
Norbert: Foreman Elf. An angry man, his world is orderly and "by thebook" and he wants to keep it that way. Eubie's nemesis. Male,Range: G2 - G4 
Santa: The one and only. Male, Range: G2 - F4 
Mrs.Claus: The wife of the "one and only." Female, SpeakingRole 
Mayor: Mayor of Bluesville and Molly's workaholic Dad. Male, Range: A2 -E4 
Gurt: Wife of Mayor of Bluesville and Molly's Mom. Female, Range: C#3 - A4
Curtis: Molly's minder and personal assistant in Bluesville. Male, playing12 year old Range: D3 - F4 
AngryLady: An angry lady. Any Age Speaking Role 
Coppa: An officer of the North Pole-ice. Any Age Speaking Role
