[Capdist-auditions] New Jazz Dance Class (fee required)

 A new Jazz Dance class for teens and adults is coming to Albany Dance &
Fitness!

Mondays 10:45-11:45am $12/class (begins 5/2/16)

This class offers a fun-filled mix of  “old school” Jazz Dance technique
and Broadway styles. Loosen up with jazz isolations & warm ups for
coordination, balance and alignment. Expand into full body stretching
exercises for flexibility and strength followed by movement combinations
across the floor, and choreography in the center. Get fit, let loose and
have fun!  All levels welcome.

The class is also offered Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm.

No need to register for a session. Drop-in to either class anytime!
