[Capdist-auditions] Auditions for Irish One Act Plays

The Irish American Heritage Museum announces auditions for their January production of two one act plays, Lady Augusta Gregory's "Spreading the News", and George Bernard Shaw's "How He Lied To Her Husband".
The plays are funded by a grant from the Republic of Ireland's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade Emigrant Support Programme.
Auditions are Tuesday, December 13th and Wednesday, December 14th at the Irish American Heritage Museum, 370 Broadway, Albany, New York.
Sign in begins at 6:30 pm, auditions will start promptly at 7:00 pm.
Resumes are required. Head shots are optional.
Production dates are evenings on Fridays and Saturdays, January 21 & 22, and January 27 & 28 at the Irish American Heritage Museum.
A stipend for travel expenses will be paid.
Rehearsals start on January 2nd and will be on weekday nights from Monday through Thursday. If there are cancellations due to weather, some pick up rehearsals may be scheduled on other days.
Roles* are available for adult male and female non union actors.
Actors will read from sides. Accents are appreciated, but NOT required.
*The roles of Mrs. Tarpey ("Spreading the News"), and the Wife and Lover ("How He Lied To Her Husband") have been cast.
