SEEKING NON-UNION DANCER FOR “NAKED INFLUENCE,” WORLD PREMIERE AT CAPITAL REP.

NAKED INFLUENCE, a play by Suzanne Bradbeer, author of Capital Rep’s hit play, THE GOD GAME, tells the story of Lucy, an exotic dancer, who can no longer separate her club life from her personal life and has to face the consequences.   There are 2 dancers in the club who serve as waitresses and dancers in the club.  Fun parts. Featured in pole dancing and in quick-changes all choreographed into fun dances.  Great ensemble cast.

Seeking a versatile dancer/actress with flexibility, jazz dance, a sense of fun, without self-consciousness.  There is no nudity in the play, but the costumes are in keeping with strippers’ costumes (bikinis, high heels, etc.).  All ethnicities.  All body types.

Must be available to start rehearsals Jan 8.
First preview:  Jan. 22
Opening Night:  Jan 26
Closing performance:  Feb. 14
$150/wk for travel/meals

Rehearsal Schedule: Tues-Sunday (Tues-Fridays 3-8PM) and all day Sat and Sundays.
Performance schedule:  Tues- Thurs 7:30PM, Fri/Sat 8PM, Sat 3PM, Sun 2PM,
Matinee:  Wed. Feb.3 - 2PM
There are no student matinees.
