Imaginative Theatre: Creating, Experimenting, and Devising Summer Intensive!
This intensive will provide students with an opportunity to develop their skills as theatre and film performers while learning new ways to create original and imaginative work. Students will apply acting techniques to physical work, improvisation, and creative thinking, which will culminate in the development of a final performance. Students will expand their knowledge of contemporary theatre performance, as well as learn new ways of thinking and performing that will positively shape their abilities as performers, collaborators, and creators.
Previous experience is not necessary-just a desire to learn and have a blast!!

August 8th-12th 9am-4pm (with one hour lunch break) at the Albany Barn (56 Second Street) Ages 14-18 $150

Christian Meola is a recent graduate from Florida State University where he earned a BFA in acting and a minor in film studies. He has experience working as a actor and camp counselor throughout the Capital District (Capital Rep, Proctors, NYSTI, Park Playhouse) and as a writer/director/theatre-maker in Tallahassee, Florida.
