[Capdist-auditions] Opportunity for Hair and Makeup Designer(s); September play

The Delta Xi
cast of Alpha Psi Omega has an opening for a hair and makeup designer for its
September production of The Uninvited,
a play written by Tim Kelly, based on the novel by Dorothy Macardle 

 

The play will be
held at the RPI Playhouse on Sept 9, 10, 11, 16, 17

 

The Uninvited will be performed at the beautiful and
historic RPI campus. The cast, crew and design team include students, alumni
and members of the greater community theater scene. The Hair and Makeup Design
position is open to non-students, as well as students and alumni. 

 

Hair and makeup
designer(s) should be available for at least two dress rehearsals opening week, and
to meet with director and production team for some meetings prior. 

 

We are
interested in hearing from anybody that can do either hair or makeup, or both.
This play is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills.

There
will be a ghost that will need to look haunting

§ 
Several
actors will need to be made to look older than they are

§ 
It
will be important to make actors look their best 

§ 
Understanding
of the characters will be important to make their hair and makeup appropriate
