> The Schenectady Light Opera Company will be holding auditions for their 90th Anniversary Gala on January 10 ,2017.

> Sign in will begin at 6:30 in the Education building.  The Gala is being held on March 24 and 25, 2017, and will tell the story of the history of SLOC and Schenectady through story, song, and dance.  The Gala is currently cast with many SLOC veterans, but we would like additional cast members who may be newer to SLOC to round out the group. Looking for strong singers and dancers, tap experience is a plus!

> Please come prepared with 32 bars of sheet music.  An accompanist will be provided.  If cast, you must be available for  rehearsals on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-10 from January 24 through March 23, with one Saturday rehearsal on February 18.   Not all cast members will be needed for all rehearsals, but please bring any conflicts to auditions.  Direct any questions to sloc90th at gmail.com.
