Harvard’s beloved blonde takes the stage by pink storm in this fun, upbeat story of self-discovery!

A fabulously fun international award-winning musical based on the adored movie, Legally Blonde The Musical, follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes, snobbery and scandal in pursuit of her dreams. This action-packed musical explodes on the stage with memorable songs and dynamic dances. Equal parts hilarious and heart-warming, this musical is so much fun, it should be illegal!

Legally Blonde The Musical will take you from the sorority house to the halls of justice with Broadway’s brightest new heroine. This musical is ridiculously enjoyable, from start to finish.

Elle Woods appears to have it all. Her life is turned upside down, however, when her boyfriend dumps her so he can start getting serious about his life and attend Harvard Law. Determined to get him back, Elle uses her charm to get into Harvard Law. At school, she struggles with peers, professors and Warner Huntington. With the help of Paulette and Emmett, though, Elle quickly realizes her potential and sets out to prove herself to the world.

What to Prepare:

Prepare 16-32 bars of a song of your choice that showcases your range. Bring sheet music in the correct key along with your resume. Please supply a headshot if you have not previously worked with Consortium Actors. Audition group will include a short dance audition- please dress accordingly.

(Subject to Cast availability – not all actors called to all rehearsals)

Read through – June 6th 6:00 – 9:00pm

June 13-15th, 20-22nd – 6:00-10:00pm

June 25-June 30th 6:00-10:00pm

July 2-7th 6:00-10:00pm,

Tech week – Mandatory Full Cast July 8-9 , 10am-10pm :

July 10-14th 6:00-10:00pm

Dress Rehearsals July 10-12, 6:00-10:00pm

Performances are July 13th-16th, 20th-22nd

Brush-up Rehearsal July 19th 6-10th

TUITION- DUE AT 1ST READ-THRU 6/9

Tuition for Students not enrolled in college full-time at time of audition: $250

In addition, all Actors expected to secure 3 advertisers for the program- or may opt out for additional $100 fee.
