Library 6:00 PM-7:30 November 14thOur Mission: The Mission of Illuminate Theater is  to provide a platform for actors of color to perform where they may otherwise have little to no opportunities. IlluminateTheater aims to create a conversation with the community about the importance of diversifying theater in the Capital Region and beyond. Who we are looking for: Actors of color with the desire to perform theater that is important to them .All  are welcome to audition  regardless of  experience.  Must be over 18.. 
What we are looking for?: A  2 to 5 minute monologue  that either embodies or challenges popular stereotypes that have created a narrative for people of color in the media in the United States.  
Original Worked accepted 
Memorization encouraged.
