Community College in 

Hudson, New York
 

Looking for a talented 

non-union 

actor with a large acting 

range and ready for the 

challenge to play Torvald 

Helmer in Henrik Ibsen’s 

masterpiece.  

An actor who has a 

passion for the classics 

with more of a 

contemporary vibe. 
 

Seeking:
 
Torvald Helmer, mid 40’s 


to mid 50’s. Enjoys 


flattering his 


lovely wife and believes 

she is his possession. 

Needs to guide her and 

protect her. 

At times, he is fully 

capable of being 

severe because of his 

dominant personality.
