*The Half-Hour Version - Last Session for the Summer!*

Shakespeare’s play about twins, both named Antipholus, who have twin 
servants, both named Dromio. After a shipwreck, the twins are separated 
and twenty years later they all arrive in the same city, with hilarious 
confusion.

A Comedy of Errors relies on mix-ups and witty dialogue.

_The characters include two sets of twins:_

  * Antipholus of Ephesus
  * Antipholus of Syracuse
  * Dromio of Ephesus
  * Dromio of Syracuse.
  * Dromio of Ephesus is the slave of Antipholus of Ephesus,
  * Dromio of Syracuse is the slave of Antipholus of Syracuse.

Antipholus of Ephesus is unaware that he has a twin brother, Antipholus 
of Syracuse.
Dromio of Ephesus is unaware that he also has a twin brother, Dromio of 
Syracuse.

Farcical mix-ups occur when all the twins all meet in Ephesus.

The themes of the play are reality, time, coincidence and love.

*_It will never get much clearer than that!_*

Each week CAST produces a show that is staged on Friday afternoon – 
Script-in-Hand. Monday morning everyone in that Session auditions for a 
role in the week’s show. We rehearse each day working on character 
development, blocking, use of props, etc. Toward the end of the week we 
add what sets are available, lighting, and sound. On Friday afternoon 
the show is performed Script-in-Hand for an audience of family, friends, 
and neighborhood children.
