MASTER CLASS PERFORMING ARTS
MAMMA MIA AUDITIONS

Auditions for actors and actresses of any age are scheduled for Friday,
November 16 beginning at 6:00pm at Carmen United Methodist Church, 2350
Hamburg Street, Schenectady. Applicants should come prepared to perform 32
measures of any Broadway song, and complete a dance audition. An
accompanist will not be available, please come prepared with CD
Accompaniment (either on CD or iPod/phone). NO ACAPELLA AUDITIONS will be
permitted.


Mamma Mia
Performance Dates: April 25 - 28, 2019
Rehearsal Dates:  Rehearsals to be held on Wednesdays, Thursdays &
Saturdays commencing Mid-February.

Adult roles available:
Donna Sheridan - Sophie's mother.  Gender:  Female.  Age 40 - 50.  Vocal
Range:  Top A5, Bottom E3.
Tanya - Former Dynamo.  Gender:  Female.  Age 40 - 50.  Vocal Range:  Top
E5, Bottom E3.
Rosie - Former Dynamo.  Gender:  Female.  Age 40 - 50.  Vocal Range:  Top
D5, Bottom E3.
Sam Carmichael - Might be Sophie's father.  Gender:  Male.  Age 40 - 50.
Vocal Range:  Top Ab4, Bottom D3.
Bill Austin - Might be Sophie's father.  Gender:  Male.  Age 40 - 50.
Vocal Range:  Top F#4, Bottom Bb2.
Harry Bright - Might be Sophie's father.  Gender:  Male.  Age 40 - 50.
Vocal Range:  Top F#4, Bottom C#3.
Chorus - Consists of the Islanders who work at Donna's, Wedding-Guests.
Age 21 and up.  Gender:  Both.

In addition to the 32 measures of any Broadway song, please prepare the
following vocal auditions.  If actors and actresses wish to receive the
audition pieces prior to the audition, please email MCPA at

perusal.
