Join us at the  annual Albany Dance & Fitness Open House on Saturday,
9/22/18, 1-5pm, 1197 Central Ave, Albany, NY

Try as many sample classes as you’d like. This is your chance to find out
what classes you enjoy and to meet many of our instructors. There is no fee
for the event. Donations for the Capital Region/Saratoga Dance Alliance
will be accepted.

Send an email to gail at albanydancefitness.com to reserve your slot (please
specify the class(es) you’d like to take). Drop-ins welcome.

4:30-5:00 Relax-Renew-Rejuvenate (Etta)
