July Improv Gym!

In the spirit of Viola Spolin, the Sills Family and their work at Hull House in Chicago, Albany Improv is holding an Improv Gym night at the Pine Hills branch of Albany Public Library.
All ages and skill levels are welcome and encouraged to attend! Beginners to pros. Come play. Come get challenged. Come be joyful.
Dress to move. Especially shoes. Bring water and if you need, a snack.
Even if you never have played, give it a try. Spolin- based Improv helps you strengthen and trust your intuition. Learn to just jump in. Learn to embrace failure and discomfort. Learn to laugh at and with yourself and others.
This work is valuable. For actors,for improvisers, for public speakers, for parents, for bus drivers. You name it.
