Northeast Ballet’s The Nutcracker

Making its annual return to the MainStage is everyone’s favorite holiday ballet. Enter a world of Christmas dreams to the joyous music of Tchaikovsky in this annual year-end favorite. Join the Sugar Plum Fairy, the heroic Nutcracker Prince and the evil Rat King in this whimsical celebration of the season.


Auditions for the 2022 Northeast Ballet Company Nutcracker Production will be held on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 2022 from 12:00 - 5:00 pm at the GE THEATER.

The audition schedule is as follows:

12:00 - 1:00 pm ~ Dancers age 5-6.  **Dancers must already be 5 years old at the time of the audition to participate.

1:00 - 2:30 pm ~ Dancers age 7-12

2:30 - 3:30 pm ~ Adults (Party Scene) Pantomimed scene, some roles require no previous dance experience.

3:30 - 5:00 pm ~ Dancers age 13+ (Variations) **Ladies please bring your pointe shoes!
