*Disney's Beauty and the Beast Auditions*

Auditions for actors and actresses are scheduled for *Saturday, January 15
beginning at 10am* at Hope Lutheran Church, 470 Winter Street Extension,
Troy, NY, 12180. Applicants should come prepared to perform 32 measures of
any Broadway song and complete a cold reading from the script. An
accompanist will be available, please bring appropriate sheet music. NO
ACAPELLA Auditions will be permitted.

Performance Dates: April 22 - 24, April 29 - May 1
In-Person Rehearsal Times: Rehearsals to be held on some Wednesdays,
Thursdays, and Sundays at the Electric City Barn in Schenectady.  An
official rehearsal schedule will be available at auditions.
Tuition: $350.00
Ages: 5 - 100

Adult Performers, ages 21 to 100, *DO NOT* pay a Tuition Fee to be in this
production. A $75 costuming fee will be assessed for performers in this age
range.

*SAFETY PROTOCOL FOR AUDITIONS:*  In order to ensure the safety of our
audition panel and performers we will be asking anyone auditioning to
partake in a temperature check and asked to sanitize at the sanitization
station.  Any performer with a temperature exceeding 100 degrees will be
asked to leave for the safety of all involved.  Performers will be asked to
wear a mask until they are in the designated audition location.  At this
time they can remove the mask to perform.  Once they have finished their
audition they are asked to put the mask back on.

If cast, you are required to accept or decline your role within 24 hours of
the offer or the role will be recast.  A $50 audition fee will be collected
at the time of audition, if cast in the production this fee will be
deducted from your tuition amount.  If a student is not cast in the
production the fee will be returned within 5-10 business days.  Remaining
tuition amount will be due immediately upon acceptance of your role.

*ALL ROLES ARE AVAILABLE!*
*Please note that the show might be double cast.*

MCPA is looking for Disabled and Non-Disabled Black, Asian, Native, Latino,
Arab, White, and Multi-Racial male or female-identifying performers for all
roles!
