Seeking music arranger for new musical

The person should be able to play, read sheet music, and arrange music.  There will be an honorarium and a large stipend pending grant applied for by the American Labor Studies Center, Troy NY. It is a labor of love scheduled to be performed the last week in September.  Musical  title:  James Connolly: The Irish Rebel - The Musical .  Poster, description, and draft of script's first scene  attached.
