In addition to the recent Monday audition for the Classic Theater Guild’s
production of Neil Simon’s “London Suite,” director John Birchler will hold
additional auditions at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 27 and Thursday,
September 29 at the Congregation Beth Israel on 2195 Eastern Parkway in
Schenectady.



"London Suite" is a four-vignette production which is set in a ritzy hotel
in London. The first requires two men, the second two women, the third one
man and two women, and the fourth from 1-3 men and from 2-4 women (some
roles can utilize either a man or a woman).  In past productions of this
show, John cast actors in more than one vignette, and he would do so again.



Rehearsals of one or two vignettes will take place 2 or 3 times a week
beginning the first week of October and ending in December, at which point
rehearsals will include all four vignettes.  Performances will take place
the last weekend of January and the first weekend of February.  There will
be no rehearsals on Saturdays or holidays.
