1720 Central Ave. Albany, NY 12205 (shop rite plaza) (take a left and left at Shop Rite Plaza)
There will be great tunes, feel good stretches and time to get your creative juices flowing. I will give out a variety of prompts and you interpret them as you wish. There is no right or wrong. Get to know you, your body, your expressive movements in a new funky fun way!. Excellent for brain health as well as physical release. Great for dancers, non dancers, actors and anyone who wants to have some fun!!!
Rachelle Smith-Stallman’s passion is dance, choreography, teaching and performing. She is presently teaching Dance Beyond Parkinson’s and Let’s Dance! She has a BUS in dance from the University of New Mexico and a MS in Dance Therapy from Hunter College. She is also a certified IMPROVment® instructor from Wake Forest University and has many professional development trainings in Dance for PD from the Mark Morris Dance Group in Brooklyn, NY.
