Child Protective Services Response Training Audition/On-boarding dates: Friday, April 7 8:45am-4pm or Thursday, May 4 8:45am-4pm
CPSRT Skill Demonstration Audition/On-boarding dates: Monday, March 27 8:45am-4pm or Monday, April 17 8:45am-4pm
Youth Research Inc. (YRI) is seeking actors for PAID in-person training simulations in 2023. Simulations will include role-playing specific to required in-person NYS Child Welfare case worker training provided by YRI.

  *   All roles are open to adults of all ethnicities, ages, and gender identities.
  *   Roles include two mothers, one grandparent, and one nine-year-old boy who will be played by an adult actor.
  *   If cast, rate of pay is $75 per half day
     *   CPSRT - one-half day paid at $75
     *   CPSRT Skills Demonstration - 1.5 days paid at $225
  *   Compensation is a flat rate - no travel or meals will be reimbursed.
  *   Actors are paid as independent contractors and are not YRI employees.
  *   Actors may participate in up to two deliveries per week for a total of up to three days per week.
  *   All trainings will be held at the Human Services Training Center (HSTC) located at 164 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY 12144
  *   Only actors who are selected to work on these projects will be paid for the day-long onboarding.
