Saturday Series" -
*Laban Movement Skills: an "outside in" approach to acting and movement*
*with instructor Eleah Peal*

*Saturday February 10 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm*

Laban Movement Analysis involves language and methodology to describe
different categories of movement. Students will explore the different types
of Laban movement and connect them to different physical stories we present
in our characters on stage.
*Eleah Jayne Peal is theatre education artist based in the capital region
of NY. A graduate of SUNY Fredonia’s BFA program, she has trained with the
Moscow Art Theatre, Shakespeare & Co., & extensively with the Society of
American Fight Directors in areas of contemporary & classical styles of
acting, movement, dance and fight choreography. An adjunct professor at
Russell Sage College, Eleah currently works with local theaters and
education groups as an actor, director, choreographer, and theatre
educator.*
