Harbinger's third production of 2024 is co-production with Albany Civic
Theater and the US Premiere of "Maggie May" by Frances Poet. This is a
non-Equity production.

Synopsis:
This glorious piece of theatre is a funny, furious and moving exploration
of how dementia affects families. Maggie and Gordon first met in 1971 and
have been dancing to the sounds of Cliff Richard, Chairmen of the Board,
and Jackson 5 ever since. Now in their sixties, and still very much in
love, they’ve been finishing each other’s songs all their marriage. But now
Maggie is feeling foggy and some days the songs are all she can remember.
Her son and new girlfriend are coming to dinner and her best friend is
asking questions.

September 6-8, 13-15, 20-22 Fridays and Saturdays 7:30PM, Sundays 3:00PM
Characters: actors must be comfortable singing acapella

Auditions will consist of readings from the script. Please attempt a
working class British dialect. Auditioners will also be asked to sing a
verse acapella from any song.
