I am a personal trainer in need of two people with two very different body
types to let me run them through a workout, which will be filmed and
photographed.so I can use it later as promotional/advertising material.

The reason I want to do this is because this exercise modality is different
from what 99% of the fitness industry tells people to do. Not only does it
work, but it gets you results in 20% of the time people normally spend in
the gym.

There's no need to be in the gym five to six days per week. If you exercise
properly, all you need is one 30-minute session. However, most people are
so indoctrinated by what the industry at large pushes that they don't
believe me, nor are they even willing to give it a try. Well, now I think
it is time to SHOW instead of TELL.

*What two physique types am I looking for?*

   1. Someone who has a ripped, well-defined physique. In other words,
   someone with the type of physique you think of when you hear the term
   "fitness model."
   2. I don't want to use any terms that might offend anyone, so let's just
   say I would like the other person to have the physique of the "average"
   person. Think of the shape that your typical sedentary officer worker is
   in, and if that is you, then you would fall into this second category.


*What will the shoot consist of?:* One session, which will probably last 45
minutes tops. We will do one exercise per muscle group, one set per
exercise. (See how it's different? And I bet you don't get how it works.
Trust me: you WILL once you feel it.)

*Compensation:* Not only am I willing to give you this session for free,
but I am also offering $40 in compensation. (If you bought my largest
package of sessions, you would be paying $40 per session. It's like I am
paying YOU to let me train you!)

*Date/Time:* This can't be determined until someone replies as interested.

*Location:* Kinderhook Fitness. If that isn't available to me, then I'd
find an alternate.
