The Show
Funny, poignant and heartbreaking, Things I Know to Be True tells the story of a family and marriage through the eyes of four grown siblings who struggle to define themselves beyond their parents' love and expectations. It is a play that is as beautifully touching as it is funny and bold. Curtain Call Founder and Producing Artistic Director Carol Max, and Resident Director Steve Fletcher will play Fran and Bob Price, the heads of the Price Family. 
 
 
Available Roles –
 
Rosie Price – 20-30
·      The youngest of the Price Family, Rosie does not know who she is or what she wants. At the beginning of the play, she has just returned from a European trip that has resulted in heartbreak. 
 
Mark Price – 30-40
·      Eldest son of the Price family. Just finished a long-term relationship and is now acting on something hidden that will really test the family. Mark comes out as transgender and returns late in the play as Mia. This part is open to all actors and we are interested in seeing transgender or non-binary actors for this role. 
 
Ben Price – 25-35
·      Ben is the youngest son and his mother’s favorite. Always clashing with his father who disapproves of his money driven aspirations. His latest behavior really strains his relationship with his parents.
 
The roles of Fran, Bob and Pip have been cast.
