Mop & Bucket Co.Announces  Auditions Sept 24th, 7 PM


The Mop & Bucket Company, the region’s oldest established permanent floating improv troupe, announces auditions on September 24, 2024 at the Mopco Improv Theatre on North Jay Street in Schenectady. GThe work is mostly unpaid, though occasional shows offer remuneration.

In addition, we ask for a resume (formal or informal) and headshot) again, selfie OK to be mailed to auditions at mopco.org <mailto:auditions at mopco.org>. Appointment confirmations will be sent out as soon as possible. 

The improv company has been in existence since 1995. In residence at our theatre since 2016: Prior to that, Mopco was the improv company in residence at Proctors for nine years. The Mopco offers a full slate of shows, improv classes and special events throughout the year. 

We are committed to continuing to build a diverse and welcoming community of artists. People of all races, religious backgrounds, gender identities, and so forth are encouraged to audition.
