The Capital Region Festival of Theatre is offering an exciting opportunity
for your organization to shine and connect with a vibrant community of
theater makers and enthusiasts! We're now accepting vendor table
registrations for *theaters*, *theater-related organizations*, and
*theater-adjacent
businesses*.

Vendor tables will be prominently located in the Campus Center--right next
to all the action, including performances, workshops, and panels!

*Essential Details*

   - Vendor tables are FREE!
   - Theater Companies, Theater-Related Organizations & Theater-Adjacent
   Business are welcome!
   - Space is limited--first come, first served.
   - Location: UAlbany Campus Center, 1400 Washington Ave, Albany
   - Date: Sunday, June 15, 2025
   - Load-in starts at 9:30 am
   - Load-Out ends by 6:30 pm
   - Festival sessions run from 10 am to 6 pm (Keynote session for all
   attendees 1:00-1:50 pm)


*Please note:*

   - Each vendor receives a 4' table and 2 chairs
   - Electricity access is not available--plan accordingly
   - Feel free to decorate your space to reflect your organization's
   personality
   - Bring flyers, brochures, or handouts with information about your
   organization
   - Plan to offer an engaging element, such as a quick activity, giveaway,
   or interactive display, to attract attendees to your table
