Job Posting: Music Director for Godspell

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Music Director for our upcoming production of Godspell. This is a contracted position. The Music Director will work closely with the Director, Choreographer, and production team to bring this beloved musical to life.


Key Responsibilities:

  *   Teach and rehearse all-vocal music with the cast, ensuring strong ensemble singing and individual performances.
  *   Collaborate with the Director and Choreographer to align the musical elements with the vision for the production.
  *   Recruit and lead a pit orchestra as needed.

Rehearsal Schedule:
Rehearsals will begin in March 2025, with a schedule to be determined based on cast and production team availability. The Music Director will be expected to attend most rehearsals, particularly those involving music instruction.
