*Tame Your Stage Fright!*



Do you dream of performing at an open mic, trying out for a community play,
or even just taking an acting class—but you're too afraid to do it? This
workshop is for you!



This is a friendly space for adults who've never performed for an audience
before. But don't be scared off if you *do* have experience. It’s also
helpful for those who have ongoing issues with stage fright.



Plan for discussion, light movement exercises, and performance practice
activities all in a supportive environment. Feel free to bring your musical
instrument!



Instructor Heather E. Schwartz has been managing stage fright since she
played Betsy Ross in a kindergarten celebration of the U.S. Bicentennial.
More recently, she appeared on E! Entertainment’s* True Hollywood Story *and
performed her solo show *Heather’s Junk Drawer* at NYC’s Upright Citizens
Brigade Theatre. She sings with the Dave Kitchen Quintet and is a former
member of The Mopco Improv Theatre’s mainstage company.
