The cast prepares to sing a comic series of holiday songs in one scene of
Too Deep Entertainment's production of Gift - A Recession Holiday.  The
troupe - Albany's Black Theatre Company will present their production of
songs and stories on Friday, December 11 at 8:pm and Saturday, December 12
at 5 and 8:pm at the Steamer No.10 Theatre, 500 Western Ave., Albany.
Tickets are $10 General Admission, with an advance purchase discount..   

 

Gift - A Recession Holiday

 

What is the biggest gift of a recession? Sometimes it's nothing more than a
reminder of what really matters. Gift - A Recession Holiday draws upon
popular, holiday, and church music as well as various forms of storytelling
to demonstrate the importance of the holiday season. We would like to invite
you enjoy this seamless blend and rediscover the different meanings behind
the holidays. 

The show is produced by Albany's Black Theatre troupe - Too Deep
Entertainment whose mission is educate the community while entertaining.
