Theatre Workshop

Script Analysis for Actors, Directors, Designers:
Creating Powerful Performances Through Unity of Vision

presented by Ward Dales
Saturday, September 25th from 9am - 1pm
sponsored by Circle Theatre Players
at Sand Lake Center for the Arts, 2880 NY 43, Averill Park, NY

When actors and directors do not share a common vision for a production, it results in uneven performances, unclear plots, and confused audience members who make vague compliments out of a sense of obligation. When a production team is unified in telling the same story with the same objectives, it results in a gripping show that leaves spectators speechless. Join professional actor/arts educator Ward Dales for a workshop designed to help all members of the production team focus their vision so that the playwright's story is told as it was intended. Through hands-on activities, participants will learn basic yet powerful skills in script analysis, team empowerment and creative vision. Actors, directors and designers are encouraged to attend.

Saturday, September 25th from 9am - 1pm Mail Registration and fee of $25 to Circle Theatre Players, PO Box 179, Averill Park, NY 12018 More information check our website slca-ctp.org or contact Joan Fuess jfuess4900 at aol.com
