has three more performances! You can see it on Friday, November 18 at 10 am,
Saturday November 19 at 3 pm, or Sunday November 20 at 3 pm. But make sure
you see it!

Steamer No. 10 company members Alain Ackerman, Suzie Dunn, Angela Potrikus,
and Natasha Wesley are having a great time in this fun-filled romp through
all of you favorite fairy tales. Don't miss it!

 

Admission is $12 at the door. All tickets purchased at least a day in

Results!

On Friday evening November 11, 2011 the Steamer No.10 Theatre held the first
Capital Region Teen Talent Contest.  Sixteen acts were featured, including a
band covering a Nirvana song, singers, comedians, and magicians. The contest
was judged by three local professional performers who had the incredibly
difficult task of rating each act and putting down comments so that each act
could use the experience to improve their performance. There were cash
prizes for the top three acts and the winner will join the judge's panel for

The winners are:

 

First Place - Lexi Rabadi, a 17 year old senior from Guilderland High
School, singing Vanilla Ice Cream from the Broadway musical She Loves Me.

 

Second Place - Alejandro Torres, an 18 year old senior from Albany High
School, who performed as a magician.

 

Third Place - Austen Halpern-Graser, a 14 year old home schooled in
Providence, NY, who wrote and performed his own stand-up comedy.

 

Congratulations to all three, and the rest of the contestants, on their
fantastic performances!
