Young Vivie Warren,
emancipated, intelligent and self sufficient, is astounded to learn
how her mother rose from poverty to riches, while Mrs. Warren ably
justifies her past and attacks a hypocritical society that rewards
vice and oppresses virtue. Written in 1893, this is Shaw's
controversial attack on society's hypocrisy.

Regular tickets are $15. Student tickets (with a valid ID) are $10.
