Come support Confetti Stage and take part in the unveiling of our exciting
Exquisite Corpse production!

Our Gala Fundraiser will feature a world premiere reading of our
collaborative playwright project written in the "exquisite corpse" style
developed by Surrealists in the 1920s! The Exquisite Corpse is a parlor game
wherein a group of people takes turns contributing to a single story, with
each successive writer only glimpsing the end of the previous writer's
work.

Like a theatrical Frankenstein, the project stitches together the
storytelling talents of 6 Capital Region playwrights: Nathaniel Beynon,
Sunny da Silva, Marty Egan, Stephen Henel, Lydia Nightingale, and Matthew
Side. Their surreal and collaborative work is entitled "The Lurid Coffee
Stubbornly Betrays the Sedentary Scissors."

Our celebration will also include a silent auction featuring fantastic
items from local businesses, hor d'oeuvres, sparkling conversation, and
exciting announcements about our upcoming season!

Your support allows Confetti Stage to continue its commitment to fostering
the creativity of local talent and reaching out to our community. We hope
you'll join us!

Time: 7:30pm doors open; 8:00pm performance
Location: Albany Masonic Hall, 67 Corning Place, Albany, NY
Admission: $20
Dress is as casual, formal, and/or whimsical as you like!
