[Theater Voices]

        Theater Voices will present its first staged reading production of
the 27th Season: BEAST ON THE MOON by Richard Kalinoski, directed by Bruce
C. Browne.

       Performances are Friday October 17 at 8:00 pm; Saturday October 18
at 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm: and Sunday October 19 at 3:00 pm. At Steamer No. 10
Theatre, 500 Western Avenue, Albany, NY. Admission is free.

         This award-winning play is set in Milwaukee, circa 1921. Aram and
his young mail-order bride Seta are Armenians living in Milwaukee in the
1920s.  Both are survivors of the killings and mass deportations that took
place in the Ottoman Empire while World War I raged in Europe.  When a
street boy comes into their lives, the scars they bear—both psychic and
physical—are forced into the open.  With deep humanity, gentle humor and
unexpected twists, this award-winning play ultimately offers hope, and the
promise of redemption.

The cast features Jacqueline Donnaruma, Aidan Fecko, Ben Katagiri and
Patrick McKenna. The director is Bruce C Browne
