THE GHENT PLAYHOUSE TO PRESENT “*JERRY’S GIRLS*” DURING MARCH



The Ghent Playhouse will present *Jerry’s Girls*, a review of Jerry
Herman’s biggest Broadway hits under the direction of Tom Detwiler.  Paul
Leyden is the Music Director.  The play will open on Friday, March 13 and
play through Sunday, March 29 in the Playhouse’s usual schedule of Fridays
and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sunday afternoons at 2.  Tickets are $20 each
and $17 for Friends of the Playhouse.

If the winter blues have you down, chase them away by seeing *Jerry’s Girls*,
a lively review of the best-loved show tunes by Jerry Herman.   Hear your
favorite tunes from the classic shows *Hello Dolly!, La Cage Aux Folles,
Mame and Milk and Honey, *to name a few.  The music, the costumes, the
lights and the incredible talent on stage will have you humming and smiling
as you leave the Playhouse.

The cast is comprised of Cathy Lee-Visscher, Sally McCarthy, Christine
Mackerer, Johnna Murray, Stephanie Tanaka, Kathy Wohlfeld and Samuel Reilly.


Directed by Tom Detwiler, Produced by Nancy Hammel with Musical Direction
by Paul Leyden.  Set and Lighting Design is by Bill Camp and Costume Design
is by Joanne Maurer.
