[Theater Voices]

*ONE WEEKEND ONLY!*



*THEATER VOICES *will present its second staged reading production of the
2015-2016 Season: *ART* by Yasmina Reza, translated by Christopher Hampton,
directed by John Romeo.

Performances will be held at Steamer No. 10 Theatre, 500 Western Avenue,
Albany on *Friday February 12 at 8:00 pm; Saturday February 13 at 3:00 pm
and 8:00 pm: and Sunday 14 at 3:00 pm.* Admission is free. House opens half
hour before curtain.



Is the all white painting a joke or a serious piece of art? Relationships
are challenged in this clever comedy, as three friends are pulled into a
fierce debate over the value of a work of art. The deeply moving and
illuminating conflict threatens to destroy their friendships. Lines are
drawn as bitter, but often humorous arguments, ensue.



Award winning French playwright, actress, novelist and screenwriter Yasmina
Reza, is best known for her plays *Art* and *God of Carnage*.



John Romeo will direct this production.

Featured in the cast are David Baecker, David Bunce, and David Girard
