Town Players of Pittsfield in Great Barrington
On Wednesday, September 21, Town Players of Pittsfield presents a staged reading of "Flowers for Algernon", a one-act play adapted by David Rogers from the book by Daniel Keyes. The reading is at 6pm at the Claire Teague Senior Center, 917 Main Street in Great Barrington and is being directed by Thomas Suski.
The play is about Charlie Gordon who, with a low IQ of 68, has his life changed with an experimental surgery that makes him smarter than he could ever imagine. This short staged reading is sure to reach a core about hope and possibilities.
The cast includes Thomas Suski, Meredith Hamilton, Laura Gardner, Kristin O'Connor and Randy Lemire.
