[Capdist-auditions] Looking for 2 males and 1 female for dinner theatre production of "A Bench In the Sun"

Our Own Productions is looking for:
   
  2 males and 1 female, ages 50 to . . . . . . .  ?   for our dinner theatre production of “A Bench In the Sun” by Ron Clark to be performed June 14, 2008.
            
  Harold and Burt, longtime friends, live in a retirement home and spend their days on a bench in the garden bickering. A once famous actress has just moved in, giving them something new to argue over. When they learn that the home is about to be sold and they will have to find a new residence, the three join forces to prevent this upsetting development. 
   
  Character descriptions:
   
  BURT:  A true pessimist who considers himself a realist.  Spends his days in his bathrobe so he won’t have to keep undressing when he takes his frequent naps.
   
  HAROLD:  A meticulous dresser.  He uses a cane.  Harold stays upbeat about life despite a track record of three failed marriages, five failed businesses and children who won't talk to him.
   
  ADRIENNE:  An ex-actress who still manages to be a bit of a flirt.  Adrienne believes in the goodness of people and most everything else.
   
  The audition will be reading from the script.
