[Capdist-auditions] Females needed for local photo shoot

Hello,

I work for Cengage Learning, a local publishing company in Clifton Park concentrating in educational products. One of the subject areas we cover is Cosmetology which includes nail services, hair styling, skin care, etc.

We are looking for local females of all ages and ethnicities for an upcoming photo shoot from Sunday, July 12 to Friday, July 17th. I am looking for diverse models with nice hands/feet that are available to sit in as a model to receive nail services, act as clients, or even just "sit in" as nail technicians.

We are going to be shooting at a local school in Albany for the majority of the week... Austin's School of Spa Technology, 855 Central Avenue, Albany, NY 12206. Website: http://www.austinbeautyschool.com/

We need models for a variety of procedures including:


?       Basic manicure
?       Hand washing
?       Paraffin wax
?       Nail polish techniques
?       Filing of nail shapes
?       Pedicure in basin
?       Pedicure in chair
?       Electric drills
?       Acrylics (set over forms)
?       Acrylics (set over tips)
?       Acrylics (back-fill maintenance)
?       Tip application
?       Gel application
?       Nail art (creative art)
?       Business and professional images (selling products, client and technician interaction, reception desk)
?       Classroom environment (sit in as student in classroom - taking written exam or showing class interacting with instructor)


We even hope to do glamour shots with finished nails on a few people too...similar to a magazine look for our new text design. The photos are intended to show future nail students how to perform these services step-by-step. There are a few photos that do not require your hands and you could instead sit in as an instructor or greeting clients in the salon.  Models will receive anywhere from $50 and up for attending the shoot.
