Jonathan Larson's RENT

Producing Company: Our Own Productions, Inc.

Directed by Matthew T. Teichner

Audition Dates: Mon & Tue, Jan 10th and 11th, 2011 At 7:00 PM; Callbacks
Thu, Jan 13th at 7
AUDITIONS TO BE HELD AT EMMANUEL FRIEDENS CHURCH
Located at 218 Nott Terrace in Schenectady, NY

Performance Dates for RENT will be April 8-10 and 14-17, 2011
Performances Will Be Held At REVOLUTION HALL In Troy

Please come prepared to sing upwards of 32 bars of a song, preferably NOT
from RENT, but in a similar musical style (An audition accompanist will be
provided).

You may be asked to perform a monologue as part of the audition (monologues
will be provided and you will be given time to review them before your
audition) - You may also bring a prepared monologue.

There will also be a dance/movement audition so please come dressed
comfortably or with a change of clothes.

ROGER DAVIS
Age Range 20-32 | Vocal Range: Tenor

MIMI MARQUEZ
Age Range 18-30 | Vocal Range: Soprano (Belter)

Age Range 25-35 | Vocal Range: Baritone/Bass

ANGEL DUMOTT SCHUNARD
Age Range 20-35 | Vocal Range: Tenor (w/Falsetto)

MAUREEN JOHNSON
Age Range 23-35 | Vocal Range: Mezzo Soprano (Belter)

JOANNE JEFFERSON
Age Range 28-35 | Vocal Range: Contralto

Age Range 25-35 | Vocal Range: Baritone

NOTE: These age ranges generally mean "...or actors who can play within that
range" - Meaning if you are 40 or above you may very well be able to portray
a character within the requested age ranges... so feel free to audition.
