Class Act  Productions is  pleased to announce:
 
AUDITIONS FOR - 
Steven Martin’s Picasso  at the Lapin Agile 
Directed by Adam M. Coons
 
On October  8, 1904, Albert  Einstein and Pablo  Picasso meet at a bar called 
the Lapin  Agile.  Both men are on the  verge of  an amazing idea (Einstein will 
publish his special theory of relativity in 1905  and Picasso will paint Les  
Demoiselles d'Avignon in 1907) when they find themselves at the Lapin Agile, 
where they have a  lengthy debate about the value of genius and talent while 
interacting  with a host of other characters.  

 
 
Audition Dates and Times: 
September 21 and  23, 2010 at 7:00pm 
Call Backs, if necessary – September   24, 2010 at 7:00pm 
@ Rexford  United Methodist  Church
18  Main Street; Rexford, NY   12148 
 
Please prepare a 1-2 minute comedic  monologue 
(No Shakespearian monologues and  preferably one that shows intelligent humor). 
After comedic  monologues, 
there will be readings from the script. 
 
Headshot   and resumes appreciated. 
 
Performance Dates: November 18-20 at  8pm, November 21 at 2pm

 The  role of Albert Einstein has already been cast – 
All other roles are available.

Gaston- an  older man
Germaine-  waitress and Freddy's wife
Suzanne- nineteen
Sagot- Picasso's   art dealer
Pablo  Picasso- age twenty-three
Charles Dabernow Schmendiman- a young  man
The Countess
A Female Admirer
A Visitor
