Hollywood on the Mohawk: Coming to the Audition?

If you haven’t heard,  a major movie is coming to Schenectady this summer 
starring Ryan Gosling (Lars and the Real Girl, Blue Valentine) and Bradley 
Cooper  (Hangover) with director Derek Cianfrance whose latest film Blue 
Valentine received rave reviews and cast member Michelle Williams an Academy 
Award nomination.
There will be open auditions this Saturday and Sunday at 1473 Erie Blvd in 
Schenectady.  DO NOT CALL this location or you will automatically not get a 
role.  Show up in person with your head shot if you have one and bio info 
(name, date of birth, current address, picture, contact info, any special 
skills or careers (are you a cop, lawyer, doctor, etc).
On Saturday: 21 years old and up
Men: 21 year old and up sign in at 10AM
Women: 21 years old and up sign in at 1PM
On Sunday: Ages 13 to 20
Men: 13 to 20 sign in at 10AM
Women: 13 to 20 sign in at 1PM
Plenty of parking.  Line up in a single line and stay in that line (bring a 
snack).  Do not litter.  Keep orderly and quiet. Be prepared to read if the 
casting director wants you to say a few lines.
Dress casually, Relax.
Yes, there are crew and intern positions.
This is a SAG film.  There are about 50 roles and extras. All age groups 
are available.
Relax.
And yes we may launch the career of a 16 year male.  If you look 16, are 
male, and are Hispanic or multiracial looking, this could be your big break. 
 No acting experience necessary.
