GHENT PLAYHOUSE SEEKING DIRECTORS FOR 2012-2013 THEATRE SEASON
The Ghent Playhouse,  a non-profit, community theatre located at 6 Town Hall Place (on the corner of Route 66 and Town Hall Place) in Ghent, NY is currently accepting proposals from directors interested in submitting productions for its 2012-2013 season.  Those interested may submit up to three (3) shows for consideration.  The Playhouse is looking for a well-rounded season of theatre in all genres:  comedy, drama, farce, classic, musical, etc.  The Company offers four productions per season, in addition to its annual Panto, presented by the Pantoloons.
                        Slot #1 – October 2012
                        Slot #2 – Nov-Dec 2012 – Reserved for the Pantoloons
                        Slot #3 – Jan-Feb 2013
                        Slot #4 – Mar-Apr 2013
                        Slot #5 – May-Jun 2013
Please provide the following information to Ghent Playhouse Artistic Director, Cathy Lee-Visscher:  your name, address, home and cell phone number, email address, the title and playwright of the shows you wish to submit, your top two preferred production slots and a brief resume.
Requested information and submissions may be either mailed to Cathy Lee-Visscher at the Ghent Playhouse; Post Office Box 64; Ghent, New York  12075 or emailed to ghentplayhouse at fairpoint.net, noting “2012-2013 Theatre Season” in the subject box.
Deadline for submissions is March 1, 2012.
