The backstage farce has theatrical couple Charlotte and George Hay – not
quite the Barrymore’s – trying to pull together a production of “Private
Lives” or was it “Cyrano De Bergerac” in anticipation of a visit from
Hollywood director Frank Capra. Capra is casting a film epic and is coming
to Buffalo to see the Hay’s in action. This may be the Hay’s last shot at
getting back on top. What follows is a series of misunderstandings including
slamming doors not to mention the confusion as to whether Capra will see
“Private Lives” or “Cyrano” or maybe something completely different. Please
contact Paul Trela, Director Paul.Trela at esc.edu with questions.
