for the role of Alex in
Kurt Weill's Lost in the Stars

Saturday, June 2, 6-8pm
at Grace Church, 32 Montgomery St, Cherry Valley, NY

 

Lost in the Stars rehearsals begin June 11.

Performances July 22*, 28, August 3, 7*, 11, 16, 18*, 20*, 25*
(*=matinee).

 

Casting: 2 black boys, ages 8-14 for the role of Alex, a young South
African child. Alex sings the song "Big Mole" as a solo. 1 boy to
perform the role, one to understudy. Both positions are paid.

 

Please prepare 32 bars of a Broadway song to sing (bring sheet music for
the pianist), and a brief monologue (30 seconds).
