Broadway Bound Performing Arts Academy along with Schenectady Light Opera Company

 A Broadway Audition Intensive  with Geoff Packard   (Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, Rock of Ages)
 
When: Saturday October 13th   12-3pm 
Where: Schenectady Light Opera Company (427 Franklin St. Schenectady)
Who: Open to students grades 8-12 ****** ( We have now opened it to 8th graders as well!)

Cost: $50
What: An opportunity to learn from a working Broadway actor! Participants 
will get feedback on your own audition song, and then learn some 
material from one of the Broadway shows that Mr. Packard has been in!
   Please bring a 16-bar cut of an audition song, and be prepared to move.
Class is limited to 25 students
 
About Mr. Packard: Geoff has appeared on Broadway and all across the country in 
productions of Wicked, The Phantom of the Opera, and Rock of Ages. Mr. 
Packard has won both Jefferson (Chicago area theatre) and Helen Hayes 
(Washington DC) awards for his portrayal of the title character in Mary 
Zimmerman's recent adaptation of "Candide". He has also performed as a 
vocal soloist with the Toronto, Detroit, and Cincinnati  Orchestras, as 
well as singing for the current President of the United States!
