Irish Nudes Live in the Café 

An Evening of One Act Plays

Are you hooked?  Are you wanting to be on stage but have limited time in
your schedule?  Five weeks of rehearsal and one weekend of performances may
be just your answer!  Some of the plays are just 10 minutes long, two are
thirty minutes long.

Needed are 11 women, 9 men  - ages 20s - 60s

5 non-speaking roles - ages 16-40

September 3rd, 4th and 6th  7-9pm

father but is forced to sweat it out. What will his answer be? 

Sean’s Wonder by Eric Washburn

      Would you help your best friend die?  Would you do it to keep
yourself free?

Agnes’ Birthday by Val Kavanaugh

      At age 70 are there really any birthday surprises left?  For Agnes,
the answer is yes.

Elephants and Eggshells by Sue Frost

         With a touch of humor, this play speaks to the unspoken in the
marriage of Edward and Ellen.

Live from the May-B Café by Deborah Dorman

      Explores a mother-son relationship through their online
communication, from opposite ends of the world.

When Irish Eyes are Flirting by Joe Starzyk

      Two randy older Irishmen engage in the timeless art of seduction. Sort
of.

Nude with Bearded Irises by Sandra Hutchnson          

      How do we think about abstract art? How do we think about social
media? And how do we think about that naked woman sprawled in the irises?
