Shakespeare's famous play is updated to the hip modern suburb of Verona still retaining its original dialogue. The gun-toting members of the families wage a vicious war on the streets as the star-crossed lovers meet their tragic destiny.

Auditions: Tuesday August 26, 2014 (5-7p) and Wednesday August 27, 2014 (5-7p)

Location: Great Room Theater (13 Leonard St. Gansevoort NY 12831)

Please bring a dramatic and comedic monologue (they do not have to be memorized) + readings from the script.

*Rehearsals start August 31st: Sundays, Mondays & Wednesdays (*All Tentative) *Possible read thru on Saturday August 30

Performances: Friday September 26 (8pm), Saturday September 27 (2pm&8pm) and Sunday September 28 (2pm) at Great Room Theater (13 Leonard St. Gansevoort NY)
