*Songwriting for Kids:*

Students will write their own songs in class while learning the basics of
lyric writing, song form, and how to write a memorable melody!  No musical
experience necessary.  Taught by NYC-based prize-winning composer/lyricist
Kit Goldstein Grant.

*Songwriting for Adults:*

This course will focus on the technical elements of songwriting.  Students
will work on writing their own songs while learning the basics of song form,
lyric writing, rhyme, melody and harmony.  Taught by NYC-based
prize-winning composer/lyricist Kit Goldstein Grant.

*Playwriting for Adults:*

This course will cover the fundamentals of playwriting and use exercises
and workshopping to help students begin transforming their original ideas
into plays.  Students will work outside of class to complete outlines and
scenes, and bring them in for class readings and discussion.  Both
beginning playwrights and those with more experience are welcome. Taught by
NYC-based award-winning playwright Kit Goldstein Grant.  Required
Materials:  Playwriting, Brief & Brilliant by Julie Jensen  (Available on
Amazon for $14.95)
